The overall objective of World Mental Health Day is to raise awareness of mental health issues around the world and to mobilize efforts in support of mental health .With the same spirit our school counsellor Ms.Meenakshi Sareen took a session across all grades and made aware the students and the Teachers about different mental health issues and Tips to boost the mental health of our children .

The objective of this activity at school was to make mental health and well being for all a global priority.
